I just bought the game and must say it's a really nice game, i my mind games these day often lack with story special to the game. A good example of that is Modern Warfare 2 (ofc COD), were in the single player jump around not really get told what happens and why. The only things i see fit together is those 4-5 guys in the airport mission were you kill all those civilians and then your character gets killed the Russians find outs that your an American and they go to war with America because one guy killed some ppl at the airport not knowing if he really was with the American army or not. AND THEN, the nr 1 freak out country in the world just ignores that 50 + plains comes to fuck them up. now if we ignore this nonsense I can understand that we have to defend America but were does it fit together with you also playing in Russia behind enemies lines, ye i know there is some story of this general being fuck't up and going with the Russians and bla bla bla bu really the story SUCKSSS! And über lol were does the night vision you get with the special edition fit in? I cant remember playing any night missions WTF ??!!?? :P so then why were a talking all this nonsense about COD MW 2 when i were going to talk(write) about Assassins creed 2.
Well the story is so beautiful written tho i haven't played trough half the game i must say i love it. I will try not to spoil anything but all the cabal(is there a better word?? just translated it :P ) in the game is AW AW AW i love it! the graphics are good but not the best, well your playing in big "levels" so i guess they cant make it über cool, but one thing i thought would suck from the start of the game was the character graphics cause the girl that saves you and Desmond graphics are really bad, the way there face's are formed and the mouth i can't say i expected much from the game after seeing that. I'm glad to say that i was proven wrong, "in game" and the kill scenes the graphics are better. They are not the Best but then they are nice, don't know how to say it much more rtarded then that but that's what i feel :P
Another down side to the game is the controls, it's way to easy and hard. I find my self running up the same wall over and over again really trying to get to the wall or climb rout besides it, sometimes wile ruining on the roof you just find out not to jump the way you want him to and just down 50 meters upon ppl and die. wile in combat there isent that much you can choose to do, you really just got to be focused and hit "KILL" KILL" KILL" at the right time when your opponent swings real big and then just stab him in the stomach. also his jumping and speed gets a boost in the way the games feels like doing it so you can "fly" some meters just because the game feels like you should get there and not to the other spot. sometimes this is really nice since you can't choose how fare your going to jump but sometimes you miss calculate this and fall down and die :( :(
As for now i would divide the game into two ratings, i would give it a 5 out of 6 if your really like games with story and not so much skill and 4 out of 6 if you like skill and combat. i wish you could choose an hardness level harder if you wanted to :( but ye i'm def. going to play the game trough and then write some more about the game. As for COD MW 2 i have played trough the single player on my PC but i haven't tried it online yet, and since it's really an only online game il wait until i get to play it on my xbox 360 that i won( havent go it yet), but thats another story :)
